Some Take Aways From The Avengers End Game Trailer

I would like to start off by saying that I am surprised the Russo Brothers lied about the name of the movie. They said awhile back that the name of this film has not been stated in the previous films. Needless to say they can no longer be trusted with what they say about future films, assuming they come back. They did say they would come back if the MCU decided to do a Secret Wars film. That being said, here are a few things I noticed about the trailer.

1) Iron man’s helmut is removable which I wasn’t sure about because it is nano tech and I am not familiar with how it works in the MCU. I thought it just went back into his chest plate. So that was one piece of information that came from it. He is also approaching death due to lack of food, water, and oxygen. He is on Nebula’s ship even though we don’t see her directly with Tony.

2) Thanos’ armor is hung up just like in the comic. That was really cool to see. I am a fan of the comic story so this stuck out to me. He did wipe out 50% of all living creatures. I am not sure what qualifies as living though. That may or may not include celestials, eternals, or any other major beings we have not gotten a full introduction to.

3) We see Clint Barton, who has become Ronin, in full gear. This is exciting because we will see a more angry and dark version of himself. With him not being home we can assume his family was taken as a part of the snapture.

4) Scott Lang must have found a way out of the quantum realm on his own. He came to the Avengers facility with the van he had at the end of Antman & Wasp. His experience with the quantum realm will be a big help in this battle, whoever it is against.

5) The end of the trailer says it will be released in April. There has been talk of it releasing in May since Captain Marvel comes out in March, so they must have decided to release them close together for a reason.

Overall, I thought the trailer was good. I think the trailer for Infinity War was a little more exciting. I am still hyped to see the film and looking forward to seeing what they end this 10 year journey with.
